I've just updated the Time Converter to support entering the hour with a 12 hour format.
Just add "am" or "pm" after the hour and it will automatically use the desired time!

There is also now an option to display the preview text in a 12 hour format.
Simply use the toggle on the lower left side of the screen to switch your preference.
